Be part of this fun, interactive discussion about creating respectful spaces for people of all faith and non-faith perspectives. We will explore topics such as considering the faith diversity around us and what is meant by minority perspectives, statistical trends, cultural biases, experiences of those potentially marginalized because of their faith or non-faith perspective, and how you are empowered to help create inclusive spaces for all.

She was named superintendent for Orange County Public Schools in 2012.
Under Dr. Jenkins' leadership, the district won the 2014 Broad Prize for Urban Education. The prize earned half-a-million dollars for student scholarships from the prestigious Broad Foundation. The district also received the Governors Sterling Award in 2014 and again in 2015.
Dr. Jenkins served as president of the Florida Association of District School Superintendents for school year 2015-16.
In 2014, she was named the Visionary Award recipient by the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council and the Central Florida Woman of the Year by the Women’s Executive Council.

In the 1930s, speakeasies were the place where races could mingle but they also sparked clashes as each culture struggled to maintain their share of profits and their piece of the American pie from the underground sale of alcohol. Young lovers Romeo and Juliet are caught in these turf wars and hatred as the Montague and Capulet families vie for control of the clubs, the distribution of alcohol and ownership of the American Dream.
