The Multicultural Student Center is proud to host European Heritage Week April 14-18, this Week is designed to recognize and celebrate the contributions of European Americans. Mr. Tim Wise, will serve as the keynote speaker for European Heritage Week on Monday, April 14th 7pm Student Union Cape Florida Ballroom. This event is free and open to the public.
Mr. Tim Wise is among the most prominent anti-racist writers and educators in the United States. Recently named one of “25 Visionaries Who are Changing Your World,” by Utne Reader, Wise has spoken in all 50 states, on over 800 college and high school campuses, and to community groups across the nation. He has also lectured internationally on issues of comparative racism, race and education, racism and religion, and racism in the labor market.
