Adaptive Recreation gives people with disabilities the opportunity to participate in recreational sports and fitness activities. The Recreation and Wellness Center will host an Adaptive Recreation Expo on February 13th. A series of activities will be held for UCF students of all abilities throughout the day. Flipper's Pizzeria will be providing food for the event beginning at 4 p.m. Staff are encouraged to come view exhibition games hosted by the Orange County Clash and Orlando Magic Wheels.

10:30-11:30am: Blindfolded Yoga (Mind and Body Studio at RWC at Knight's Plaza)
12:00-2:00pm: Adaptive Rock Climbing (RWC Climbing Tower)
1:30-2:30pm: Sitting Volleyball (RWC MAC Gym)
3:00-4:00pm: Goalball (RWC MAC Gym)
4:00-5:00pm: Quad rugby with the Orange County Clash (RWC MAC Gym)
5:00-6:30pm: Wheelchair basketball with the Orlando Magic Wheels (RWC MAC Gym)
8:00-9:00pm: Blindfolded Yoga (Mind and Body Studio at RWC at Knight's Plaza)
