For university faculty, teacher educators, curriculum specialists, social studies department leaders, undergraduate and graduate students, as well as P-12 teachers, the conference features presentations that appeal to all. The ISSS conference has featured presenters from across the United States as well as across the world. The conference has featured numerous presenters from Portugal, Canada, India, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, South Korea, China, Nigeria, and a host of other countries presenting on various social studies topics.

Interested is becoming the next President/Vice President of your Student Government Association? UCF's SGA has been active for 44 years and now oversees an 18.8 million dollar budget. If you are thinking about running in the Spring 2013 Presidential Election you must attend one information session hosted by the SGA Election Commission. Students who are interested in campaigning during the Spring Election are also highly encouraged to attend. The Election Commission will be covering the requirements to become SGA President/Vice President, important dates, what to expect during the election period, and all rules and regulations according to the SGA Election Statutes. The Majors Fair is an annual event that provides students an opportunity to explore the many academic areas of study offered at UCF, along with the chance to meet faculty and advisors representing these program areas.
