This class is an introductory level to teach participants how to properly use belay equipment and basic safety rules. After completing class and demonstrating your new skills, you will be UCF belay certified and able to belay other climbers. Belay classes need to be signed-up in advance at the climbing tower. Belay classes are free for current students.

Mayim Bialik, who plays Amy Farrah Fowler in the Big Bang Theory and used to be Blossom, will be coming to UCF for a speaking engagement. She will be coming June 27th at 8:00 pm at the Pegasus Ballroom. She will begin talking about her life, and ending with a Question and Answer along with a Meet and Greet.

In preparation for Summer B, the KHK Pantry will be holding our second annual "Boxes and Bags" food drive. This drive will be a competition between campus departments to see who can donate the most non-perishable food in boxes and or bags. Last year the UCF Foundation donated over 100lbs of food and we collected over 500 in total. Our goal this year is 700lbs! The drive will run from Monday June 17-Monday July 1. You are welcome to bring the food by our new location in Ferrell Commons or you can call the Pantry at 407-UCF-FOOD to schedule pick-ups. Remember-our summer hours are Monday-Thursday 12-5.
