Knights Helping Knights Pantry Boxes and Bags Food Drive
In preparation for Summer B, the KHK Pantry will be holding our second annual "Boxes and Bags" food drive. This drive will be a competition between campus departments to see who can donate the most non-perishable food in boxes and or bags. Last year the UCF Foundation donated over 100lbs of food and we collected over 500 in total. Our goal this year is 700lbs! The drive will run from Monday June 17-Monday July 1. You are welcome to bring the food by our new location in Ferrell Commons or you can call the Pantry at 407-UCF-FOOD to schedule pick-ups. Remember-our summer hours are Monday-Thursday 12-5. Literacy Coach Reboot Camp

The University of Central Florida–Morgridge International Reading Center Literacy Coaches Re-boot Camp is a week long summer professional learning opportunity designed to assist literacy coaches with improving literacy acquisition and instruction for the 21st century. The Re-boot Camp was developed in response to literacy coaches' requests that greater emphasis be placed on assisting colleagues with implementing evidence-based practices to improve literacy acquisition.
