Constitution Day at UCF - September 17 forum on the Constitution and the 1964 Civil Rights Act

Wednesday, September 17, 2014 10 a.m. to noon
September 17 is Constitution Day, commemorating the signing of the United States Constitution in 1787. This year, we celebrate this anniversary with a forum on the Constitution and the 50th anniversary of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Two former U.S. congressmen, one of whom also served as ambassador to Panama, Ambassador William J. Hughes, will be speaking on the issue, and will be joined by two UCF faculty members. Please join us for this unique opportunity to learn more about the U.S. Constitution, how interpretations change over time, and how it affects our lives. Read More
