    The Biggest Winner challenge is a 12 week program (with a one week try out) designed to help students improve exercise and nutrition habits in order to improve total wellness, along with reducing the risk of chronic disease.     The Women's and Gender Studies program together with the Women's Executive Council of Central Florida present a panel on Toxic Relationships. Featuring UCF's Barbara Thompson, ODI; Christine Mouton, Victim Services and Stephanie Preston, CAPS. Panelists will discuss ways to identify toxic relationships; resources and best practices.
