Giving and receiving feedback well is essential to effective communication, yet it is a challenging skill to master. This workshop provides a framework for giving both positive and constructive feedback, and explores non-defensive ways to respond to feedback. Participants will also have an opportunity to apply feedback tips and techniques to real-life scenarios.
