Women on Weights

Women are taking over the weight floor! Come join the RWC’s experienced female fitness staff for a two week program aimed at teaching you all about resistance training. This program is designed introduce our lady Knights to resistance training equipment, resistance training exercise techniques, and most of all to build confidence on the weight floor.
