The Palm Beach UCF Alumni Chapter invites you to lend a loving hand and serve as "Chef for a Day" for our third annual Valentine's Day-themed volunteer project at the Quantum House. Quantum House is a caring and supportive home that serves to lessen the burden for families in Palm Beach County whose children are receiving treatment for serious medical conditions.
This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community as we work with fellow AlumKnights to cook up a delicious Valentine's Day dinner and dessert for the families. We'll be cooking dinner at the Quantum House on Feb. 12 and Feb. 15 so you can choose the day that is more convenient for you. Wear your favorite UCF shirt and join us for a very special Knight of giving back!
