Weight Management Group - a 6-week series
In this program you will learn cognitive and behavioral skills for managing weight to improve overall health and quality of life. You must be a UCF Health patient to participate.
Location: UCF Health East Orlando Office - 3400 Quadrangle Blvd. Orlando, FL 32817
Start date: July 6th, 2016 Open enrollment, every Wednesday from 4:00 pm-5:00 pm
Number of sessions: 6 consecutive weekly sessions
Session length: 1.0 hour each

Who should join?
UCF Health patients who want to learn healthy ways to manage their weight and who are committed to attending weekly group meetings.
How do I sign up?
Notify a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) that you are interested in joining the group by
calling 407-882-4840 or notify the on-call BHC that you are interested in joining the weight management group.
What do I need to do to prepare for the group?
Simply arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your first meeting in order to complete a few questionnaires that will be used during the group.
