submit a compliant proposal in response to a government solicitation. The seminar will provide
an understanding of Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for
Quotation (RFQ) and an analysis of how they differ. The seminar will discuss bid or no bid
decisions, how to review scope/statements or work, qualifications and evaluation criteria, why
proposals lose, and what to do if you win or lose as well as how to find bid or subcontracting
