Women on Weights

Tuesday, October 4, 2016 7 a.m. to Thursday, October 20 at 8:30 a.m.

Come join RWC’s experienced female fitness staff for a free, 3-week program aimed at teaching you all about resistance training. Women will be taking over the weight floor as we introduce our lady Knights to resistance training equipment and techniques. Additionally, this program will build participant's confidence on the weight floor. This program will run at RWC from Oct 4th-Oct 20th, 2016 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am.

We will be meeting in various locations within the RWC.
