Triathlon Training

Tuesday, January 31, 2017 7 a.m. to Friday, April 7 at 8 a.m.

This 12 week program will run from January 31st through April 7th and will perpare participants for the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Sprint Triathlon (swim 1/4 mile, bike 12.5 miles, run 3.1 miles). We will train on Tuesday and Friday mornings. There is a bike requirment for the race, but not for the training. Both new and veteran triathletes welcomed, however previous fitness experience is recommended.
