You are invited to an Industry Talk with Ashley Vaughan of Amazon.com Restaurants, presented by the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality (NSMH), on Tuesday, February 21st at 10am in the Darden Auditorium! This is an open forum. All UCF Students, Staff, Faculty and Friends are welcome to attend

Ashley is the City Manager for Amazon Restaurants, Amazon’s food delivery program. Prior to joining Amazon, Ashley was a seasoned franchise professional. She held positions in Operations, Marketing, and Development for Burger King Corporation and BrightStar Care. Before taking the 9-to-5 route, she held every front of the house role within a restaurant – from hostess to manager. Throughout her career, Ashley has applied her passion for customer service in each endeavor. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Master’s in Hospitality Management from the Cornell University Hotel School. When she is not working, she can be found on her yoga mat, running, or exploring the food scene in Orlando.
