Stop by UCF Arboretum's Nature Pavilion for a mouth watering cooking demonstration by Chef Jason Fridrich, a hospitality instructor at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. With more than 28 years of experience in the industry, Chef Fridrich will be making a delicious meal featuring the seasonal produce grown at the Arboretum's Community Garden! Participants will learn how to incorporate vegetables and greens into their diets and reduce food waste. They will get to see the process, taste the dish, and take home produce so that they can also create a similar meal.
