Want to check out what the RWC's Group Exercise classes are all about?! We invite you to participate in our special Group Exercise Mash-Up class! This 90 minute exercise class will expose participants to the different classes we offer on our weekly group exercise schedule. We promise a lot of energy, fun music, and of course SWEAT! This class is for all levels, from beginners to advanced, no experience necessary! No sign up required. just meet us at 8pm on the RWC Court 1.
