Tailgate Challenge is a one day tournament with three events that run simultaneously. Participants can register for one, two or all three of the events. We will award winners for the team or individual that wins each individual sport and the winner for all 3 combined. Two teams played bocce ball at a time. The game is played by starting off with one team throwing a white or orange marker ball to a certain distance and then teams alternate throws to determine which ball will be the closest to the marker ball. The team with the ball closest to the marker wins and points are determined by how many balls the winning team has that are closer than the opposing teams closest ball.
