The basic idea of mindfulness is grounding yourself in the here and now. Your anxieties about the future, or depression about the past, keep your mind occupied in so many directions just try to take ten minutes out of your day to refocus with a few easy meditations.
We will gather on Sat Oct 14 9:00 am to meet and share this tool I’ve learned about in my day to day life to help me with anxiety, temper, mood, and a way to just clear a busy mind so that you might feel a bit more at peace with your days to come.
