Han Lixun is a well-known designer/artist in China. He was the designer for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Ceremony, which is what he will be discussing during his presentation. The talk is free and open to the public, anyone who is interested in learning the design process from conceptualization to realization is invited to attend.

His presentation may illuminate students with career building skills and strategies. Through Han’s presentation, audiences will gain a better understanding of the most important Chinese historical inventions and contemporary China, and will enhance their competencies in the diverse, multicultural, international, and interdependent world.
