Thursday, October 19, 2017 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

This course is designed to develop confidence in all four competitive strokes and prepare the participant for a basic swim work out. This course is based on basic stroke development. Freestyle and backstroke will be reviewed. Breaststroke and Butterfly will be introduced. Turning at the wall, diving, reading a pool clock, and all other skills needed for a basic swim work out are also introduced.
