Relax with a cup of tea: Stop by the Student Union to take a minute to relax with a free cup of tea. Fresh locally grown herbs will be provided by the UCF Arboretum and Wellness and Health Promotion Services.  Create your own personal herbal tea blend to help you make it through the day!
