QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer. These are three simple steps that you can learn to help save a life from suicide. QPR is a simple educational program that teaches people how to recognize a mental health emergency and how to get a person at risk the help they need. The training session is a one hour presentation where you will learn the signs of suicide and three basic principles of how to help save a life.
QPR is designed for students, faculty and staff and anyone at UCF. The FREE one hour training sessions begin on:
