Grad Research Essentials Workshops for Criminal Justice & Public Administration

Wednesday, February 7, 2018 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

As you get ready to do your literature reviews for research papers, thesis, or dissertations, these 90‐minute workshops can help by introducing you to discipline‐specific resources. The workshops provide an opportunity to meet with the subject librarian for your program, learn more about available resources in your discipline, improve your library research strategies, and get help with questions.

Sessions will include hands‐on practice to locate relevant sources in databases, such as: ABI Inform, Criminal Justice Abstracts, Sociological Abstracts, Urban Studies Abstracts, Web of Science, and others depending on topics. A demonstration of how to find dissertations and theses at the UCF Libraries will also be included.
