Seminar Series: Caring for the Caregiver

Thursday, October 30, 2014 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Caring for those we love can be a rewarding experience, as well as one of life’s greatest challenges. Caregivers often experience feelings of stress, isolation and even depression. However, research shows that when caregivers take time for their own needs, they can often prolong the amount of time their loved one is able to remain at home. It also improves the quality of care they’re able to provide. If you’re a caregiver, this session is a must for you.

This session will be led by Daniel Paulson, Ph.D. Dr. Paulson is a faculty member in the UCF Department of Psychology and leads a caregiver support group at UCF Pegasus Health.

There is no cost to attend. Space is limited, so please register HERE. Read More
