The UCF Greek Community is striving to pack at least 100,000 healthy meals for kids in Orange and Seminole counties. With help from Feeding Children Everywhere, a social charity that empowers and mobilizes people to assemble healthy meals for hungry children, the Panhellenic Council as well as UCF Athletics, is attempting to raise $25,000 for this cause. The participants of Pack to Attack Hunger will be packaging meals on Sunday, November 9th in The Venue. The event is scheduled to begin at 11:30 am and end at approximently 1 pm, majority of the time spent will be physically packing the meals to be further distributed. Faculty and Staff support would enhance the experience of this philanthropic effort as well as make a greater contribution to the meals that will be allowed to be packaged to supply to neighboring counties.
