The UCF Alumni Association and the College of Nursing invite you to a continuing education opportunity that will provide a clear understanding of the diagnostic criteria, quality of life issues, and medical management considerations for patients diagnosed with PAH.
The program will also address issues nurses face with management of PAH, including early identification and referral of patients with symptoms suggestive of PAH for appropriate diagnostic testing, understanding the risk-benefit equation for specific PAH therapies and associated treatment, and nursing methods of support in crucial clinical management roles to improve patient quality of life and medical outcomes.
