Female Entrepreneurship Success Secrets

When Beyonce asked “who runs the world?” the answer of “girls” was obvious but there are specific building blocks to being a successful female entrepreneur that you just can’t ignore. This workshop will be led by successful female entrepreneur Carol Ann Dykes and will be focused on showing female students how to succeed as an employee or entrepreneur.

Carol Ann Dykes manages all day-to-day operations of the UCF Incubator including advising clients, identifying and linking community resources to clients, managing staff and programs and facilities. She work daily with 45-50 clients who are all early stage technology companies that have been accepted into the Incubation Program to receive comprehensive help starting and growing their businesses.
