MSC Presents Janet Mock

To
celebrate Transgender Visibility Week and Month of the Woman, the Multicultural Student Center and
LGBTQ+ Services at the University of Central Florida will host Ms. Janet Mock!
Ms. Mock is a prominent LGBTQ+ activist, author and has been recognized by many
different organizations as an outstanding leader in Transgender rights. She has
been credited with creating programs and educational events for Harvey Milk
High School, an LGBTQ+ high school in New York City. Additionally, Ms. Mock is
a first generation college student and earned her Masters’ degree from New York
University. Ms. Mock will speak on Monday, March 30th at 6:30pm in
the Fairwinds Alumni Center, following her keynote address there will be a
brief meet and greet with students. Read More
