The CEDHP Heartbeats Team is sponsoring an International Treasures Silent Auction which will be held on September 3 in the Education Complex, Room 208 from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. We have invited the entire university to join us. Most auction items were donated by Dr. Karen Biraimah who acquired the works of art while traveling around the world. Some of the pieces originated in Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, India, China, Armenia, and South Africa. In addition, Dr. Valerie Storey donated several very nice pieces from Africa. Several auction items are visible in the large display case in the lobby of the Education Complex. In addition, all items can be previewed at the following link:

All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the American Heart Association to fund its research and education programs in order to decrease the incidents of heart disease and stroke.
