Farm-to-Table Cooking Demo

Stop by UCF Arboretum's Nature Pavilion for a mouth-watering cooking demonstration by Chef Jason Fridrich, a hospitality instructor at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. He has been involved or ran restaurants/kitchens in New York City, Atlantic City, Charleston, and in several cities in Florida. With more than 28 years of experience in the industry, Chef Fridrich will be making a delicious meal featuring the seasonal produce grown at the Arboretum's Community Garden.
