]]>Game Day Parking and Towing
On game day, the E lots, baseball and softball lots and Garage F will open at 8 a.m. for fans with Gold Zone permits for those areas. All other campus parking lots will open for game day activities at 1 p.m.
Game day parking permits are required for garages C, D, F, and H; lots C1-C3, D1-D2 and E1-E8; and the baseball and softball lots. Vehicles in those areas without the required game day permits are subject to towing beginning at 5 a.m. on Saturday.
Vehicles also will be subject to towing in parking lot B4, which is reserved for university business. The rear portion of lot B7 is reserved for recreational vehicles beginning at 4 p.m. Friday.
Faculty and staff members with the appropriate university parking permits may park overnight in garages A, B, I, and in surface parking lots B5, B6, B9 and H4. Fans without game day permits who wish to park closer to the stadium can take advantage of cash parking in Garage H; proceeds support first-generation scholarships.
Park and Ride services will be available from 3 p.m. Saturday until two hours after the game ends. Fans should park at the Research Pavilion building, 12424 Research Parkway, in Central Florida Research Park. Shuttles will transport fans from the Research Pavilion to the Research 1 bus loop, adjacent to Garage C. No tailgating will be permitted at the Research Pavilion lot.
Traffic Flow
Gemini Boulevard North between East Plaza and West Plaza drives will be closed to vehicular traffic prior to and during tailgating. The road will be reopened at the discretion of law enforcement following the conclusion of tailgating.
To expedite postgame traffic, North Orion Boulevard will only be open to traffic traveling from Gemini Boulevard to McCulloch Road starting at 8:30 p.m. until postgame traffic is cleared. Vehicles will not be able to enter campus from McCulloch Road during that time.
Clear Bag Policy
To provide a safer environment and expedite the entry process, UCF abides by a clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into Spectrum Stadium.
Fans are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the details of the clear bag policy in advance of game day.
Full policy details can be found here: https://ucfknights.com/sports/2016/8/17/security.aspx
