Candidates MUST attend at least one informational session, as required by Student Government Statutes, to be placed on the ballot. You may submit your Candidate Application Packet prior to attending an informational session; however, if you do not attend any of the sessions below, or set up an individual session with an Election Commissioner, you will be deemed ineligible as a candidate. If your schedule conflicts with all the times listed below, contact the Supervisor of Elections (sga_ec@ucf.edu) to request an individual appointment.

REVIVING THE PAST: RESEARCHING LOST COMMUNITIES
One comprised of minority populations, many communities have been lost, stolen,
removed, or marginalized. This 6-week study away course aims to research this reality.
WHY: You’ll be able to tell the story of a marginalized community in Puerto Rico,
past and present, and gain an understanding of implications for the future. You’ll
also earn three credit hours.
WHO: Open to ALL UCF undergraduates
WHEN: 2023 Summer Session A
COST: $400 which covers lodging, transportation, and scheduled academic activities and
site visits.
