DESCRIPTION:Reach your fitness goals and become more familiar with strength training through our semi-private Small Group Training program. Small Group Training offers groups of 6-10 clients the opportunity to work with a Certified Personal Trainer to improve their health and well-being. Clients in the Small Group Training program will receive a body composition scan using our Fit3D tehcnology, a fitness assessment, and a personalized goal setting session. Small Group Training meets twice a week for 6 weeks. There are two offerings of each class each semester.
