DESCRIPTION:The Pathways 2026: The Carlos Malamud Prize exhibition is a collaborative partnership between the UCF Art Gallery and the [Rollins Museum of Art](https://www.rollins.edu/rma/exhibitions/pathways-carlos-malamud-prize/), celebrating emerging professional artists across Florida. Juried by a panel of three art professionals, this year's exhibition features six artists with diverse practices, spanning a wide range of media, themes, and perspectives.\n\nWorks by all six finalists will be shown at both venues, creating opportunities to engage with two major academic communities. DESCRIPTION:Join Outdoor Adventure for a guided nighttime paddle on Lake Claire. After a brief safety and paddling overview, we'll launch together and enjoy a relaxed paddle as the lake transforms after dark.  \n  \nAlong the way, Paddle Guides will share insight into the ecology and history of Lake Claire while introducing the principles of Leave No Trace, helping participants better understand how to responsibly enjoy natural spaces.  \n  \nEvent Dates: May 31 (Blue Moon), June 29 (Full Moon), and July 14 (New Moon)  \nEvent Time: 8:00-10:00pm  \nEvent Location: Lake Claire Recreation Area  \nAll Moonlight Paddles participants will meet our Paddle Guides at 8:00pm on the dock at Lake Claire. The event will last about 2 hours.  \n  \nWhat's Included: Moonlight Paddles will include free kayak rentals and professional guidance by OA Paddle Guides. Paddle Guides will reach how to properly use our gear and important information about the flora and fauna, along with the history, of Lake Claire. All staff are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED and risk management procedures.  \nWhat to Wear/Bring: Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal water/snacks.
