DESCRIPTION:Many of us have tried Generative AI (GenAI), like ChatGPT, before. But what about using it in your day job at UCF? Where are the areas where GenAI can make us faster and more productive?\n\nWe'll briefly review what GenAI is and how it works, then address its advantages and weaknesses. DESCRIPTION:This group meets every Monday, excluding campus closures/holidays.\n\nMeeting is OPEN to all UCF students, faculty, staff, and community members.\n\nSelf Management And Recovery Training (SMART Recovery) is an evidenced-informed recovery method grounded in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), that supports people with substance dependencies or problem behaviors to:\n\n  1. Build and maintain motivation\n  2. Cope with urges and cravings\n  3. Manage thoughts, feelings and behaviors\n  4.
