en-US This 6-week Small Group Training program will prepare participants for the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Sprint Triathlon (swim 1/4-mile, bike 12.5 miles, run 3.1 miles) on April 13th. There is a bike requirement for the race, but not for the training. Both new and veteran triathletes are welcome; however, previous fitness experience is recommended. The Small Group Training cost is $50. Trainings will be Tuesday's and Thursday's, 7-8 AM.

en-US The RWC offers American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED, First Aid Blended Learning classes. The Blended Learning class includes an online portion (approx. 2-3 hours long) and an instructor-led class skills session (approx. 2 hours long). The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class skills session.

Each participant who successfully completes the course will earn an American Red Cross certificate in Adult First Aid, CPR with AED. The certificate is valid for 2 years.

To register for this class please call 407-823-2408, or walk in to the RWC administrative office between 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and someone will assist you!

The workshop will introduce the basic concepts of data and examples of how it is used in supporting research, including copyright concerns to be aware of. Resources that are applicable in a variety of disciplines will be presented.
