Pre-Trip Date & Time: 2/24/2025- 6:00PM 

Trip Description: Come join us to paddle the beautiful Manatee Springs! This trip will offer paddling on with the hopes of seeing some wildlife, like manatees! Hope to see you there! 

What’s Included: All of our adventures include all necessary gear for the activity (including canoes, PFDs, camping gear, etc), transportation to/from the activity, and professional guidance by OA Trip Leaders. All staff are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, and most are certified Wilderness First Responders. Meals will be provided on this trip; all menus will take dietary restrictions/preferences and allergies into account. Occasionally, groups will eat at restaurants while traveling. These meals are not included in your trip cost. Your Trip Leaders will inform you of any meals not included in the trip price.  

What’s Not Included: Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal water/snacks. A full packing list will be provided at the Pre-Trip Meeting.

en-US The Out of the Darkness Campus Walks are the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's (AFSP) signature student fundraising series, designed to engage youth and young adults in the fight to prevent suicide, the third leading cause of death among people ages 15-24. With your efforts, walking and fundraising, you are helping make suicide prevention and mental health awareness a national priority.  

This walk is being held in partnership with the UCF Police Department, UCF Counseling and Psychological Services, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP),  and UCF Active Minds.

en-US Hello everyone! The 2025 Spring Integration Bee will be held on March 1, 2025 in MSB 360 from 12-3pm. If you would like to participate, please fill out the interest form linked here:https://forms.gle/kL9tGnWqytGPjv8W6. The event schedule is as follows:

  • 12-12:40: Written Test (don't be late!)
  • 12:40-1:10: Pizza & Refreshments
  • 1:15-2:05: Quarterfinals (top 8 scorers from written test)
  • 2:10-2:30: Semifinals
  • 2:30-3:00: Finals

You do not need to have prior competition experience to participate. The vast majority of the questions deal with topics covered in Calculus 1 and/or 2 courses. We hope to see you there!
