Trip Description: Step into a world of underground adventure! Explore the winding passages, vast rooms, and unique formations of Tumbling Rock Cave with experienced OA trip leaders. We’ll crawl, scramble, and navigate through this massive cave system while learning about cave conservation, geology, and the delicate ecosystems that live in the dark. After a full day of exploration, we’ll camp nearby and swap stories under the night sky. This trip is a staff favorite for a reason!
Tentative Itinerary (time and activities are subject to change):
What’s Included: All of our adventures include all necessary gear for the activity (including camping gear, helmets, headlamps, etc.), transportation to/from the activity, and professional guidance by OA Trip Leaders. All staff are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, and most are certified Wilderness First Responders. Meals will be provided on this trip; all menus will take dietary restrictions/preferences and allergies into account. Occasionally, groups will eat at restaurants while traveling. These meals are not included in your trip cost. Your Trip Leaders will inform you of any meals not included in the trip price.
What’s Not Included: Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal water/snacks. A full packing list will be provided at the Pre-Trip Meeting.

Trip Description: Need a break from classes and some instant serotonin? Come enjoy a playful yoga session surrounded by friendly, free-roaming goats! We’ll head to a local goat yoga studio where a certified instructor will guide the class while our OA trip leaders help facilitate the experience and keep things fun. This trip is all about relaxation, laughter, and enjoying the company of some of the cutest workout partners you’ll ever meet. No yoga experience required — just bring your sense of fun.

]]>The College of Health Professions and Sciences at UCF is hosting its fourth annual Healthy Aging Fair on Friday, March 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Rehabilitation Innovation Center in Research Park (address below).
The fair connects local seniors, their family members and caregivers with valuable resources to help them age safely and independently. Visit the fair to connect with community providers, learn from expert faculty, and demo some of the latest products and technologies designed to make the process of aging easier!
The event offers free onsite cognitive/language, audiology and mobility screenings (as space and availability permits) from UCF’s Physical Therapy Clinic and Communication Disorders Clinic.
The fair will also feature a variety of breakout sessions with UCF faculty to support aging in place. Topics will cover a wide range of health and wellness areas, like hearing loss, memory support, swallowing and boosting cognitive skills. Each session will include a short presentation followed by a Q&A session.
Dozens of community exhibitors will be in attendance to showcase their resources and services.
Parking for the event is on-site and free.

Walk-Ins are welcome, however; the clinic is first-come, first-serve with a limit of 16 people per clinic session. Participants arriving 5 minutes later after the start will not be allowed to join
Description:
The First Time Climbers Clinic is a session geared towards those who have never participated in the activity of rock climbing before. Participants will meet at the UCF Climbing Tower with one of our instructors and will be taught the climbing basics needed to start climbing. During this session participants will learn about climbing-specific vocabulary and definitions, the difference between bouldering and top roping, the basics of completing a route and getting to the top of the wall, as well as UCF Climbing Tower specific policies.
This clinic is held on select Fridays. After the session is over, participants will then have the opportunity to climb during normal Climbing Tower operations with the assistance of staff!
