  • Triathlon Training

    Recreation and Wellness Center

    This 12 week program will run from January 31st through April 7th and will perpare participants for the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Sprint Triathlon (swim 1/4 mile, bike 12.5 miles, run 3.1 miles).
