Join post-doctoral Fulbright scholar Elvin Alirzayev as he discusses his theoretical and empirical analysis on Golden Rule implication in Azerbaijan. He currently serves as a senior lecturer at Qafqaz University in Azerbaijan and his research analyzes the fiscal policy implementations of the Azerbaijan economy.
