Two UCF professors \u0026mdash\u003B neuroscientist Kiminobu Sugaya and world\u002Drenowned violinist Ayako Yonetani \u0026mdash\u003B have added live performance and a panel of health experts to guide audiences through an interactive exploration of the course\u0027s themes: how music impacts brain function and human behavior, and especially how music can improve health outcomes for patients with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer\u0027s and Parkinsons.
