ALIMA (which can be completed fully-online) is designed for students from a variety of academic majors who have an interest in applying psychological theories and research to improve learning, instruction and training in instructional contexts. Our graduates complete the program prepared to enhance their effectiveness in traditional educational or business arenas, encompassing a wide range of occupations in education, government and industry.
