We will engage in meaningful dialogue about the impact of race, culture, gender, and systemic inequalities, and leave with actionable insights to strengthen your economic advocacy and practice.

- Understand key concepts of economic justice and economic well-being: from a systems/ecological perspective, including how these concepts inform ethical and professional social work practice across micro, mezzo, and macro levels.
- Promote economic empowerment across the lifespan: from childhood to later adulthood—by identifying developmental needs and contextual factors that influence economic well-being within diverse environments.
- Evaluate the impact of systemic factors, such as race, ethnicity, gender, culture, family, and community on economic justice, and articulate strategies for promoting equity and empowerment in social work practice.
