en-US Join the Dixon Career Development Center for this Welcome Wednesday session, part of our ongoing series featuring Raquel Toro-Espinal, Assistant Director at the Dixon Career Development Center, and Dr. Natalia Toro, Director of the Office of Undergraduate Research.

This workshop helps students understand how to secure strong letters of recommendation for graduate school applications. Participants will learn how to identify appropriate recommenders, build meaningful professional relationships, make effective requests, and provide recommenders with the information they need to write compelling letters. The session will also cover common mistakes to avoid and strategies for ensuring letters effectively support a competitive application.
