		<description><![CDATA[<p>The RWC offers American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED, First Aid Blended Learning classes. The Blended Learning class includes an online portion (most participants can complete this in approximately 2 hours) and an instructor-led class skills session (approximately two hours long). The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class skills session.</p>
<p><span>Each participant who successfully completes the course will earn an American Red Cross certificate in Adult First Aid, CPR with AED. The certificate is valid for two years.</span></p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>Learn basic programming in R through practical data pre-processing tasks. Participants will learn how to use R to import, inspect, clean, transform, summarize, reshape, and export messy datasets. The session will include guided demonstrations and hands-on exercises where attendees practice writing R code using common tools and packages.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Learning outcomes:</p>
<p>- Introduction to R&nbsp;<br>- Importing and inspecting data&nbsp;<br>- Cleaning column names and fixing data types&nbsp;<br>- Filtering, selecting, mutating, and summarizing data with dplyr&nbsp;<br>- Handling missing values, duplicates, and inconsistent categories&nbsp;<br>- Reshaping data with tidyr&nbsp;<br>- Exporting cleaned data for analysis</p>

<p>The Career &amp; Wellness Peer Support Group provides a welcoming and supportive space for students to connect with peers while exploring career goals, personal growth, and overall well-being.</p>
<p>Through guided discussions, and shared experiences, participants will gain strategies for managing stress, building confidence, and navigating career uncertainty</p>
<p>Some topics of exploration include career decision-making, imposter phenomenon, self-care, job and internship searches, networking, and work-life balance.</p>
<p>Whether you're feeling unsure about your next steps or simply looking to connect with others facing similar challenges, this group offers a community-centered environment focused on growth, encouragement, and success facilitated by Masters-level Mental Health Counseling Graduate Interns.</p>
