en-US Karen has been a senior marketing executive and public policy expert for corporate law firms for over 30 years. Her passion is mentoring the next generation of leaders. I'm the Founder and Chief Strategic Advisor of ATHENA Orlando Women’s Leadership, Inc. The non-profit organization launched in 2012 when I connected with two business colleagues who shared my passion for empowering women. Together, we hosted the annual ATHENA leadership luncheon with honorary chair, Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs. The event grew to 700 female attendees in just three years.
