DESCRIPTION:Over the course of my career at BNY, I have led many impactful programs that have changed the way we do business. I took a lead role in opening our Orlando operational site providing enhanced resiliency for our business. I then led our efforts on Tri-Party Repo reform and architected a new approach to the settlement of activity which significantly reduced risk, standardized processes and redesigned the Tri-Party market. More recently I helped create a new operating entity - Government Securities Services (GSS) - responsible for the US Government Securities clearance and collateral business.
