I took a lead role in opening our Orlando operational site providing enhanced resiliency for our business. I then led our efforts on Tri\u002DParty Repo reform and architected a new approach to the settlement of activity which significantly reduced risk, standardized processes and redesigned the Tri\u002DParty market. More recently I helped create a new operating entity \u002D Government Securities Services (GSS) \u002D responsible for the US Government Securities clearance and collateral business. Currently, my main focus is on the upcoming US Treasury Central Clearing mandate and what it means for us, our clients, and the market.\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/p\u003E",
